Freedom in your body can help you move more freely through your life. I love helping clients tap into this through custom bodywork sessions 1-on-1 or at an special event.
In my private practice, I've worked with clients aged 5 to 85 and at a variety of events including community gatherings, dance jams and weddings. I also work as a Flexologist focused on assisted stretching at StretchLab and volunteer as a massage therapist with the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic for cancer survivors.
I received training in Western and Eastern massage modalities through the National Holistic Institute and actively pursue a variety continuing education courses to better support my clients.

Have you wanted to feel more relaxed, pain free, flexible and connected to your body? Explore what bodywork can do for you through 1-on-1 sessions!
By blending knowledge of a wide range of modalities as well as use of tools such as essential oils, CBD products or percussive massage tools, I help clients discover the type of bodywork and body connection that best fits them and their wellness goals.
If you'd like to connect to your body's wisdom as you navigate important life decisions, I also offer sessions that include tarot readings or short creative reflective exercises.
Sliding scale pricing

- Financially stretched: $85/hr
- Financially comfortable: $120/hr
- Financially thriving: $150/hr
Cash preferred. Credit card payments charged a 5% processing fee.
Travel fee
- $25 for locations in Albany, El Cerrito, N. Berkeley, Kensington
- $50 for locations in S. Berkeley, Oakland, Richmond
- Parking fees (if applicable)

Event Massage
Would you like to offer massage at your retreat, gathering, or wedding?
Whether you're hosting in a home, office or under the redwoods, I look forward to bringing massage to you and your guests.
If your event requires additional massage therapists, I can also help coordinate.

$150/hr - minimum 2 hours*
